Visiting this website

Bluehost provides the website hosting. When you visit, your browser sends technical information needed to deliver the pages, including your IP address and the page requested. Hosting and security logs may also contain the time of the request, browser information and the referring page. This information supports website delivery, troubleshooting and security.

The website has no visitor analytics, advertising pixels, social-media embeds or externally loaded fonts. Its images, fonts and other page assets are served with the website.

You can email hello@marketeria-digital.com directly or use the enquiry fields to prepare a message.

“Open email draft” passes the details you enter to your chosen email app. It does not submit an enquiry through this website. You can review and edit the draft before sending it. I receive your message only if you send it.

If you send an enquiry, I receive your name, email address, message and any company, website, timing or budget information you choose to include. Your browser and email app may retain drafts or autofill information according to their settings.

Providing enquiry information is voluntary. I need a way to reply and enough information to understand your request. Please avoid including passwords, payment details or other sensitive personal information.

Why I use information

I use enquiry information to understand your request, respond and discuss possible work. Where you ask about entering a contract with me personally, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract. For other business enquiries, my legitimate interest is responding to people who contact me and managing those business discussions.

My legitimate interests in operating a reliable, secure website support the processing of technical request and security information. If our discussion leads to paid work, additional records may be needed to carry out our agreement and meet applicable legal obligations.

This website does not make automated decisions about you or build advertising profiles.

Service providers and international processing

Bluehost provides hosting and the domain’s email service. Enquiries received at hello@marketeria-digital.com are forwarded to and managed in Gmail, provided by Google. These providers handle information needed to operate their services.

I work from Bosnia and Herzegovina. Bluehost and Google operate internationally, so hosting and email information may be processed in other countries, including the United States. Those countries may have different data-protection laws.

How long information is kept

Enquiry records are kept for the time needed to deal with your request and relevant follow-up. The period depends on whether our discussion is still active, whether it leads to a proposal or project, and whether particular records are needed to meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

Technical records are subject to the hosting service’s log and backup settings and any applicable security or legal retention requirements.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies and the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict its use, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or receive a portable copy. If processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Its page code does not set cookies or save enquiry details in browser local storage or session storage. Bluehost still handles technical request information needed to deliver and secure the site, as described above.

LinkedIn and other external links take you to services with their own privacy practices. There are no embedded LinkedIn widgets on this website.
